Best sexual positions to get pregnant quickly?

My personal opinion, sexual positions do not have anything to do with being able to conceive.

Some people believe that certain sexual positions can help a little to the conception, ensuring that the sperm can reach the egg for fertilization. I think this is a myth, but if there are some strategic positions, they must comply with the theory of gravity.

How is that? The sperm has to fall down (top -> down), not the other way around? The more vertical is the fall, the more likely the sperms reach their destination (the egg), isn’t it? Sounds funny and ridiculous, right?

Does this have something to do with pregnancy sex positions? I do not believe it, forget this silly theory. If the goal is to get pregnant, try any position you want. But if you believe that semen should flow from top to bottom in order to have more chances to conceive, try the typical position of the missionary.

By contrast, there is a position where you are on top of your partner (woman on top). This position may not be very useful to help the sperm to travel the path toward the egg, right? However, this position is very good during the third trimester of pregnancy because your womb has increased considerably, and you can have control over your weight.

Certainly there are sexual positions that are more difficult to experiment, and some of these positions are not suitable during pregnancy because of the increased weight and volume of your womb.

Regardless of any pregnancy sex positions, sex in pregnancy has wonderful experiences. This is because there are several changes in your body that make sex more enjoyable.

Can I enjoy sex during pregnancy?

It is considered that sexual desire decreases slightly during the first trimester of pregnancy; however you can try any sexual position, as usual. During the second trimester sexual desire is increased, you still can try any sex position. And during the third quarter sexual desire may decrease slightly. But, do not worry about this statistic, do your best with your partner. Penetration is not the only way to have pleasurable sex. Experiment new ways to achieve orgasms.

To have more enjoyable sex, you and your partner should prepare a romantic environment, having caresses that you may not have experienced before. Your partner must seduce you as before, to have a maximum excitation. You should take advantage of pregnancy to experiment new sexual games, or perhaps mutual masturbation.

Here you have also some of the changes that your body will experience during pregnancy, and will help you to have a pleasant sex:

Remember that sex should be like before getting pregnant, even better.

Pregnancy sex positions will vary according to:

  • The size of your belly,
  • The level of comfort you have, and
  • The increased fatigue due the movement of the penetration.

None of sexual positions during pregnancy will harm your baby. Your baby is safe, and well protected by the amniotic fluid, which works as a pillow.

If during sex practice you feel bad and you suspect something is wrong with your pregnancy, do not hesitate to go immediately with your doctor. Your doctor may recommend you not to have sex because of some of the following reasons:
